About the Event
Celebrating the fifth day of the fifth lunar month with dragon boat racing and Chinese rice dumplings remains a longstanding tradition. Heartfelt thanks to the Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival in New York for their incredible dedication to organizing this annual sporting and multicultural event. This summer, the Dragon Boat Festival is coming back to Flushing Meadows Corona Park in full scale over the weekend of Jul 30 - 31, 2022. Impressive arts and entertainment programs and a culturally diverse food court will be also featured on-site!
We are warmly inviting you to be our cultural ambassadors and voluntarily join Hong Kong Family's racing team. Free participation for all team members. No prior experience is required. We will provide the necessary training. As a team, we will compete with others to win cash prizes, trophies, and other prizes. You will also be rewarded a one-year HKANY individual membership (a max. $500 value) to access exclusive event admissions, membership benefits, and much more!
